Q: Why are the shipping costs so high?

• A: GTG Modding Team International has no special shipping agreement with either PostNL or DHL. Therefore, our shipping prices match that of private consumers with these shipping companies. However, we are looking for ways to reduce the costs and hope to make worldwide shipping more available.

Q: Where do you ship?​

• A: We currently only ship to any nation in the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, and Canada. More nations will hopefully be added in the future.

Q: Which shipping couriers do you use?​

• A: We use DHL for all our international shipping outside the Netherlands. For domestic shipping within the Netherlands, we use PostNL.​
